Position Description:

You will be responsible for providing travel planning services to clients. tailored itineraries that meet the needs of each individual client will be created using your expertise and knowledge. You will work with a variety of vendors to get the best rates and accommodations for the client. All travel details are booked according to regulations and you will provide superior customer service.

You will be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends, establish relationships with key travel vendors, and become familiar with popular travel destinations in this role. Excellent communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities, are what you should have. Your attention to detail and ability to think outside the box will be important in creating unique experiences for your clients.

Conducting research to find the best deals on flights, hotels, rental cars, excursions, and other travel related services is one of your responsibilities. You will need to give advice on tourist attractions, shopping centers, restaurants, and other activities based on the client’s interests. You will be expected to inform clients about safety precautions, visa requirements, currency conversion, and other important information related to their destination country.
