Position Description:

Apple Technical Support Advisors are part of the Apple Support team. They help Apple customers with issues with their products and services. As an Apple Technical Support Advisor, you will be responsible for answering calls from customers and providing them with timely and efficient support in resolving their problems. In order to ensure their satisfaction with Apple products and services, you will be expected to provide helpful advice and solutions.

A good working knowledge of Apple products and services is a must for the ideal candidate for this position. They should be patient, organized and have the ability to think quickly in order to resolve customer issues. The ability to do more than one thing is important.
