Position Description:
The Risk Management team is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring risk management strategies in order to protect the company’s assets and operations. It is your responsibility to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks across the organization. The role requires the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop action plans to address any identified risks.
In order to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must have strong organizational skills and be able to work on your own to achieve desired results. As senior manager, you will be expected to identify new opportunities to improve risk mitigation processes and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
A Bachelor’s degree is required for the ideal candidate. You should have experience working in risk management, auditing, insurance, or other financial services industry. It’s a plus if you have a Certified Risk Professional or related certification.
