Entry level – Data Services Analyst (Remote)

The position of Data Services Anaylst will be involved gathering requirements and contract information from client management and other internal business partners.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Cross team collaboration to build out governance functions
• Review of requirements to align to appropriate data governance rules
• Analyze trends and build out reporting in multiple reporting and database applications
• Continue to innovate the process and incorporate feedback loops

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in Office Products proficiency
• 2+ years of data analysis experience (extracting data, building reports, identifying trends, sharing insights)
• 2+ years of project coordination experience, including cross-functional collaboration to gather and document requirements from business partners

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Process Improvements
• Healthcare experience
• Knowledge of Optum Rx applications and systems
• Background in Engagement in Data Related Scenarios
• Managing Quality Work
• Ability to work collaboratively and task oriented
• Demonstration attention to detail and accuracy
