In order to address customer concerns, they must stay up-to-date on products, services, policies, and procedures. They may need to develop customer profiles, process orders, and follow up on customer requests.

Communication skills are important for this role as they will need to interact with clients both verbal and in writing. Quality customer service requires an understanding of customer service principles, practices, and techniques. Interpersonal skills are needed to effectively communicate with people from different cultures. The ideal candidate should be patient, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond for customers.
