Position Description:

The Project Manager – Implementations is responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of new technology projects. The individual in this position will make sure that all project objectives are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This includes developing and executing project plans, tracking progress, identifying risks and issues, resolving conflicts, and communicating effectively with stakeholders throughout the entire duration of the project.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are what the ideal candidate for this role should have. They should have an in-depth understanding of project management processes and best practices. The most successful candidates have experience in software development, database design and analysis, information systems, and business process improvement.

Each phase of the implementation process will be led by the Project Manager – Implementations. They need to be able to work with a variety of stakeholders, including end users, IT staff, vendors, executive teams, and other related organizations. They need to be comfortable working alone and have the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.

The position requires the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers, understand their needs and expectations, and create solutions that meet their goals. To keep costs under control, the Project Manager will need to be proficient in budgeting and financial management.
