Position Description:

The supervisor of cargo customer service will be in charge of the customer service team at the cargo company. You will make sure that customers are provided with excellent service and that their needs are met quickly and efficiently. supervising staff members, handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing customer feedback to management are your primary duties.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are required in this role. You should be aware of the cargo industry’s systems and processes. You need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time. You will be expected to stay up-to-date on all policies and procedures.

To ensure that everyone is properly equipped to provide the highest level of customer service possible, you will be responsible for training new staff members and developing current staff members.
